ZADCO power plant- Dubai

The ZADCO Power Plant project involved upgrading and expanding the power generation and distribution systems with an advanced Power Management System (PMS), at the Zirku Island facility to improve efficiency, reliability, and capacity.

NPCL ADMS implementation- India

The Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) Advanced Distribution Management System
(ADMS) project is one of the largest smart grid initiatives in India. EnerCom provided engineering and project execution leadership role along with the ETAP Automation to design, implement, and conduct FAT and SAT tests on SCADA, DMS and OMS system as unified platform and provided engineering and operational trainings and related documents.

Marathon refinery EMS system– Detroit, USA

Designed and implemented Energy Management System (EMS) for Marathon project with IEC61850 & Modbus communications to monitor & analyze data from 300 IEDs, archive data and provide analytics functions.

OCTA- Irvine, USA

Developed One-Line diagram model in software program, and conducted power system studies (Arc Flash, Short circuit, relay coordination) at more than 12 sites.

Substation Automation systems- 10 sites

Designed and implemented Substation Automation Systems (SAS) at transmission, sub- transmission and distribution stations with 400, 230, 63, 12 KV voltage levels, with IEC61850, process bus (GOOSE, SV, DNP3.0) communication protocols to automate the monitoring, control, and protection of critical electrical substations.

IEC 61850 Process Bus implementation

Designed and conducted FAT testing for Fully Digital Substation Control and protection system with IEC 61850 GOOSE and Sampled value with Merging Unit (MU) devices determined testing use cases for distribution substations.

Utility Engineering Training

Provided Substation Automation, IEC61850 Process Bus (GOOSE and Sampled Value) Merging Unit (MU) engineering training courses for multiple utility companies’ engineering, planners and operational teams.

SCADA and RTU testing and implementation

Designed and conducted FAT testing for RTU devices communication system, signal list, network displays, SCADA architecture, point-to-point testing and delivery to end user for SCADA & EMS systems.

BBraun- Short Circuit analysis and report

BBruan’s Power system model update and conducted Short Circuit Power system analysis, provided finding and recommendation for engineering team.

Arc Flash, Short Circuit and Protection

Conducted one-line-diagram development in software programs (ETAP), Arc Flash, Short Circuit
and Protection Relay Coordination studies, created final report with recommendations for
commercial buildings and factories at more than 20 sites.
