EV charging station

Scope of Work:
1. Site Selection and Assessment:
  •  Identify potential sites for the EV charging station.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate suitability, including electrical grid capacity
  • and accessibility.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
2. System Design and Architecture:
  • Design the EV charging station layout, including the number and type of charging points (e.g., Level 2, DC Fast Charging).
  • Develop electrical and network infrastructure plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
3. Procurement and Installation:
  • Select and procure charging equipment and related hardware (e.g., chargers,
    cables, payment systems).
  • Install electrical infrastructure, including wiring, transformers, and distribution
    panels.
  • Set up communication networks for monitoring and billing.
4. Testing and Commissioning:
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure equipment functionality.
  •  Perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate installation and operation.
  • Test communication systems and payment gateways.
5. Training and Documentation:
  • Provide training sessions for operators and maintenance personnel on system
  • operation and troubleshooting.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including system architecture,
  • configuration details, and maintenance procedures.
6. Support and Maintenance:
  • Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and
  • security.
  • Provide periodic performance reports and recommendations for system
  • optimization.
